4th gen 1le springs and rear swaybar

Hey Im looking for some of these and was trying not only to get advice on where to look other than maybe here but double check on the spring rates and bar size

Front rate is 360lb/in linear
Rear rate is 130-180 lb/in progressive
Rear bar is 21mm hollow

.. is all that correct? I have hotchkis springs and a bent up (from accident) 21mm solid rear bar and the hotchkis springs lower the car unevenly at the moment and far too much for my daily driven car with longtubes and 3" duals with cats... its pretty damn bad. I wanted as stiff a spring as I can find that keeps the stock ride height and found these to be substantially better than stock but if there is another set any one can suggest I would like to hear about it

Cool Re: 4th gen 1le springs and rear swaybar

98-99 SS Camaro and WS6 used the 1LE springs. 2000 on used standard Z28 springs. So look on ebay or for some one parting out one of these cars.

Hmmm, I have both 1LE sway bars and I dont think the back is hollow but I may be wrong. It is sure heavy. The 1LE bars made the stock bars look weak and shizzle.

Oh and 1LE swaybar sizes are 32mm front and 21mm rear

Go to www.1LE.net, also search under 1LE springs.

The rear bar was only 21mm in 93 and perhaps part of 94, and they ran stock rear and front springs.

94 and later ran heavier springs that you listed and the stock 19mm rear bar.

The 21mm may be too much with the heavy springs.

I'm running a 35mm front and a 24mm rear sway bar with the 360/180lb springs. And all I can say is it handles like a ****.

Re: 4th gen 1le springs and rear swaybar

How to bilstein hd's compare to the 1le decarbons? I would just get the 1le kit but I already have a solid 32mm front swaybar and ide want a stock 19mm rear bar. I havent had any of my emails returned from him but its only been a few days... I found some bilsteins for 295 so I may just go with stock springs and those if this proves to be more of a pain to get right than its worth... basically would it be wise to get the 1le kit and sell the front sway bar or get some stock springs and some $295 bilstein hd's?

If you are talking about the 1LE kit from gryhead. They are the wrong front springs. The rears are correct, if you are going to do his kit, just buy the front bar. Not sure about the shocks.
