450/175 spring rate?

i got ground control coil over and thats what they are giving me. is this a good set up.
p.s. i want to bang some serious corners

How serious and at what speeds? That combo is light in the front for what they're giving you in the rear. For serious high speed work, that's a light front spring period.

Way mismatched......

I tend to run either 500/150 or 600/150 on most cars. I had both last year, won Nationals with the former, switched to the later after that because of a tire change. For those who want 175 rears, I run at least 600 in front. I wouldn't recommend it at all, but if you are willing to deal with the stiff rears, that *could* work ok provided you slap on a 35mm front bar and leave the stock rear bar on. Then at least you are gaining front wheel rate to help balance the car.
