3.73 install...need suspension?

Hey everyone, I'm gettin a set of 3.73's installed the week after christmas and my question is this: Should I go ahead and buy some LCA's and a panhard to put in with the gears? I'm worried traction will be an issue and I wanna know if those pieces of suspension will help at all. Regardless if they do or not though, I'm ready to start replacing the suspension on the car but I wanna start with the pieces that will give me the most "bang for the buck" so-to-speak. So, should I swap the gears and be done with it or add some suspension and which parts? Thanks alot for the input.

Just install the 3.73s...if you have traction probs, then try the lca's.

Btw there is a suspension section.

In my opinion, the two most important F-Body items for a good launch drag racing are the adjustable torque arm and the relocation brackets for the LCAs. Next are the aftermarket LCAs. The pan-hard rod is more for roadrace performance. Also, if you want 60 ft times around 1.70, or lower, you'll need something other than street tires. Up front, 90/10 struts will help weight transfer during launch.

What are your goals for the car? I'm guessing what most want is street with some drag strip....My car is mostly street with occasional week ends at the track and here's what I did and I have 1.55 60's:

Stock springs/Decarbon shocks
Hotchkis welded SFCs
Spohn rod end/rod end LCAs
Hotchkis panhard bar
Spohn cross brace mounted TA
stock front sway bar/1" solid Spohn chrome moly rear sway bar
16x8 stock wheels all around with 255 50 R 16 M/T radials
Rear is a Strange 12 bolt with 3.73s w/ no relocation brackets

I can't tell you which was most important because it all seems to work well as a package...

Yeah, the car is my daily driver and sees the track on a few occasions. However, I want to put down as much power as possible on both street tires on the road and on Dr's at the track. Also, I figured it was time to start with suspension, I just wanted to know if I need these or would they help at all for the time being?
