2nd hole on relocation brackets

I heard that you should just leave them in the first hole if your not lowered because it could make handling dangerous in the other. I was wondering how much of a difference there would be between the two holes as far as launching and handling would go? If i was going to the track i would just put it in the bottom no matter what tho right?

thanks

Optimum handling is with the LCA's parallel with the ground. Reducing wheel hop is with the LCA's lower in the back. "Dangerous" is too strong a word IMO; I've run my LCAs in both positions and never considered my handling to be dangerous in the lower hole.
