2 point or diamond sub frame connectors better?

2 point or diamond sub frame connectors better?

Whats the advantages/disadvantages of both? I would guess that the diamond type are stonger but have more of a clearance issue. Oh and also should I go boxed or round tubing?

The KBDD have no clearance problems. I would go with those.
