1LE and Ride Height

1LE and Ride Height
After searching a lot of posts saying the 1LE springs raised their car after the install.
But nobody mentioned how high their car was after they were settled in...
Does anyone have the 1LE setup here and can confirm that their ride is now (after it settling in) higher or lower than stock?

Found that link. don't know how accurate the numbers are though. Perhaps they are stock height, but by the time you replace the stock ones the stock ones may be sagging abit? I don't know a whole lot about suspension but thats just a guess
How do you find the 1LE' springs/shocks over stock? Was it hugely noticable?

However, if you plan on carving corners (auto-X, road racing etc...) with this car someday, then do not bother with the 1LE stuff (I am assuming that the shocks you are getting with this deal are the revalved DeCarbons, and not the Koni DAs; if they are the Koni DAs, then you are looking at the deal of the century and you should buy them immediately). However, if you have no intentions of doing any of those things, then it might be a good option for you. Plus, the 1LE springs are the only ones that won't change the ride height.
Since I am more into auto-Xing and road-racing then drag racing nowadays, I do not particularly like the 1LE stuff (the pre Koni DA 1LE stuff, of course ). However, as I said before, this setup might perform up to your expectations. And since you are saying it is only $200, you don't have much to lose.

Re: 1LE and Ride Height
I just had the 1LE suspension installed on my 94' Z-28 convert a few days ago and the car ended up approx 1 to 1/2 inches over its previous height. The car has 98k miles on it and I'm sure the original springswere saging a bit.

Re: 1LE and Ride Height
I recently put a 1LE suspension pckg on my 94Z. I'm very happy with it but the front definitively sits a bit higher than stock. Maybe it'll settle down in a few months. Also noted a decrease in "nosediving" under hard braking.
