1LE LCA question

Hey, I've got a pair of brand new 1LE LCA's sitting in the garage I acquired from a friend.

Now, I'm pretty sure the only difference between 1LE's and stock were the harder durometer bushings, nothing more.

I'm selling the LCA's, and I've had a lot of questions on the dang things. A couple guys are saying that they should be boxed on the bottom end, and these are not.

Now I've seen the boxed stock LCA's over the years and I believe this is something aftermarket companies have done and were not a factory item.

I'm 99% sure these are the 1LE's, because they came out of a complete 1LE suspension kit (LCA's, springs, Bilstein shocks, and sway bars).

Clarify if you know because now they've got ME all confused.

You are correct, only different bushings; they did not come boxed.

Ditto, GM never boxed any LCA on 4th gens, or third that i know of. It really stiffens them up to do it, but they didnt come like that.

Thanks guys, I didn't think so. I did get another good answer from an old buddy that owns a 1LE car as well. He said it was SLP that sold the boxed LCA's among a couple others over the years.
