Haven't gotten my parts and they aren't returning emails... just curious

Well, I can understand there may be a problem.... I got the rest of my order but two things were on back order and they told me a week. that was about 3 weeks ago. They may still be backordered, and that's fine, I would just like an update that I can't seem to get

 

I just talked to Paul yesterday via PM.

This is getting frustrating. Been trying to contact them for almost 2 weeks now. I have emailed their order center, their order info, angie directly and even called them to only get a voice mail.

NOONE returns my inquiries whatsoever. I spent over $1700 with them in one fell swoop which may not be a lot to some people, but it's a lot to me. Two items were backordered. I was told a week on the rockers and 3 to 4 weeks on the roll bar. That was back on November 26th.

Since that time I have received nothing from them. I understand if the parts are still backordered...but why can't they respond to my inquiries? This is getting rediculous for someone who has been touted all over the net as having the best customer service!

 

they do seem to take a while to get back with customers on really simple issues at times. they followed through just about perfectly for me, albeit a little slower than i would have liked, but it went well. maybe try PM'ing the guy on this site? he seems to be pretty up on things. i ordered a cat back and subframes from them and got my cat back in like 2 days. really fast basically, but my subframes took forever. i emailed them and it took a little while to hear back. not even a week but i wish you the best of luck man.

 

recieved my thermostat in the mail 2 days ago. Great service.

 

If it was a Wolfe cage expect to wait awhile for it. When I ordered mine, they took almost 2.5 months. They were backordered and they had to make it, so that took longer. You can call Wolfe directly and ask them the status of your order, I did about every other week while I was waiting.

(If it wasn't Wolfe, then I don't know)

As for not being able to get ahold of Thunder, it happens sometimes. Try calling again Monday.
