To: TBYRNE Motorsports customers that haven't received an e-mail reply
I've seen to many posts from people that said they sent us an e-mail but didn't receive a reply so I had to take a look into this today. We have multiple e-mail filters set up to get rid of spam. Some stopped spam on the server while another takes care of mail that is downloaded. It looks like the server filter was grabbing some of the good stuff so I disabled all of them. I guess you can say "let the spam begin!". There now isn't anything that will stop all e-mail from being downloaded. I guess looking through everything manually is the best way to go. Now only human error can be blamed if an e-mail is overlooked. We try to answer all e-mail within 24 hours during the week (some are answered within hours). If a customer takes the time to write a company should take more time to reply.
