Strange comes assembled ready for bolt in. Moser requires some assembly.
Strange has stock sized axle TUBES. Moser has larger tubes that add weight and require a sway bar installation kit (more $$). The main advantage of larger tubes is increased payload capacity. This is not needed in our application - our f-bodies are not trucks.
Strange uses through bolts (like OEM) to attach the torque arm. Moser uses cap screws to attach the torque arm. The cap screws have been known to loosen during use.
Strange comes bulit with 33 spline axles and heavy duty Eaton posi from tbyrne. The only option is the aluminum cover. You must option-up the Moser to get the same level of heavy duty parts. In the end, I paid less for the Strange ~ about $400 less (This includes sales tax from Thunder & shipping from Tbyrne). I live near Thuder Racing. I purchase most of my f-body specific parts from Thunder & Tom Byrne. Thunder sells Moser & Tom sells Strange. I chose Strange.
Moser seems to have inconsisitent build quality. While the Strange rearends haven't been perfect, they seem to have fewer problems than the Moser.
Hope this helps.

Re: Strange Rearend GP?
what kind of price are we talkin? I want the 33 spline, HD posi, 3 channel ABS, aluminum girdle, and the heavy duty yoke... I think its 1350 yoke. Oh yeah, Im in MN so what is shipping gonna rape me for?
Re: Strange Rearend GP?
We can do this for $2174.99 for 5 or more orders. That will be $295. off of the prices that are listed on our website.
The rears are shipped freight collect so we don't get the shipping quotes from them. Most that I've heard of usually cost between $125. and $250. to ship.

Re: Strange Rearend GP?
If I could get a Strange 12 bolt with 4.10s and the aluminum cover for 2500 shipped, I consider that a damn good deal. I don't need any of the ABS stuff, does that make it any cheaper?
