none, lol just broke my spec III with 10k miles on it with a bolt on/ cam car. since i have like 10k on it spec won't really do anything for me, since the spring pieces came out it took my flywheel with it, not so happy with them at the monent, lol. it did hold pretty good when it had all the springs intact though, haha. Might bend over and go with the twin
