EDIT: Got everything squared away... I must say .. its hard not to be skeptical about today's business' and how their customer service will be. Somewhere along the line there was a misunderstanding w/delivery dates between John and I.. Although at times he was hard to get ahold of (probably busy getting stuff done) He went OUT OF HIS WAY to make things right. Not only did he send me another converter overnight... he did it while the other one was still on its way here. I'll have to say after this I WOULD do business w/fuddle again.. Every company makes mistakes, and I can see how it would be easy w/him taking care of all the orders himself w/so many orders... but you rarely if ever get this type of effort to make things right. John I thank you so much and I'm sorry for the misunderstanding if it was on my end.

When i ordered mine he sent it Fedex, but the Fedex people screwed up and there was like 6 or something of there convertors sitting in the back room of fedex. I emailed them about it, he called me that night and said he would express it out to me the next day. 2 days later I got it. Maybe thats what happened again? did you get a tracking number from him?
I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt.... Maybe he was trying to track down the problem when he wasn't answering.... If the converter arrives tomorrow AM as promised then I will have to say thats standing by your service... He could have said ... too bad it will be there tue.... but he didn't .. so we'll see.
Converter cam in the AM as promised and is in the car.... I love it!! Glad the situation got straightened out and I wouldn't hesitate to do business w/John again and I probably will fairly soon... thanks again .
