Well I ordered a pro 5.0 shifter and the total with shipping was $179.99. I kinda find that hard to believe that shipping was $20 for a 6lb shifter via ups ground. Or are you guys just trying to recoup the losses on the ordering discounts by charging more for shipping?? BTW reg price on the shifter is $179.99+ shipping which sould not be more than $10 max with insurance via ups ground.

1 - When did you place your order?

2 - Did you call or e-mail us to see what happened if you placed your order during this offer?

If you ordered between 11/1 and now then your order may have been mispriced. The double discount doesn't happen all of the time so it's possible that someone missed this. Don't think that we are just trying to recoup the losses. The easiest way to have this taken care of will be to contact the office and let them know your name and what happened. If you do this by e-mail just reply to your order confirmation. All of your info will be there.

Yes i replied to the email that had the shipping conformation that I received in 11/3 asking the questions above. I still have yet to get an answer? Hopefully it was a misunder standing. I will call tomorrw to see if we can resolve this.
