I did speak to MAC yesterday and called again today before responding to this post. As of right now, they have not shipped the headers to Jet Hot. I asked for a date when they would be shipping, I was informed he would check and call me back (yet again). I case anyone would like to speak to our rep at MAC, his number is 1-800-367-4486 and his name is Tex. You can inform him you wanted to check on the status of the TF94957 ordered by Jet Hot. I'm providing this information due to the fact that I haven't been able to make any head way with them. This will make it possible for anyone to voice your option to MAC.

I have can only appologize for the whole situation.

I guess it will be the middle of March at the earliest now.

I dont see what the hold up is....I can just see 10 guys just sitting around doing nothing with all our headers laying right beside them.

remember guys, that is what i told you the last time i posted. i had been calling mac and everything they told me about when they would be ready has turned out to be true. that's why i was frustrated with jet-hot. it seemed that i could get the truth outta mac better than they could.

 

That was just me saying that. That's what I'm guessing. I havent called Mac. I just dont want to hear "no" anymore so I'm not calling.

Middle of March is wishful thinking.

well, I Called mac, couldnt get ahold of Tex, but someone else told me the headers will be shipped by the end of next week.

So chris, if this holds true, how long after you guys get them will us customers get them?

 

We'll need 2 days to coat plus the shipping time to you.

I just got off the phone with Tex at MAC and he said they are waiting for the flanges. He didn't know when the flanges would be in and he said he'd call me back after he finds out. By the way, MAC is located in Temecula, California. I was just there playing some golf with some friends. Wish I could have dropped by.

Frustration is running deep.............

 

MAC is in cali?! that means my headers will be doing a double take. At this point, i wouldnt mind paying extra cash to get them overnighted to jet hot and back FROM jet hot

 

I was thinking the same on the overnite stuff. Anything to get them quicker.

 

We I had yet another call to MAC. I was informed they are looking to ship out at the end of this week. I did find it interesting, someone called from this GP. He stated that he had gotten a call about this from one of my customers. I told him that was to be expected, after so much time no one would believe me. (Good Job to whom ever called!)
