Jet Hot Mac Headers
So, its going to be 4 to 5 weeks before you get yours....and if everything goes as planned, ours will be here by the end of February which if I count right, will be sooner than 4 to 5 weeks. Granted, we have been waiting a while for these but technically havent you waited just as long, if not longer?

I wish I had better news. We have been calling Mac almost daily. We still haven't received the headers. According to Mac, they are still waiting on the flanges? I was told they should ship in about a week. I was told that over a week ago. Unfortunately, we have made a descion to no longer offer MAC GP's. We can't trust MAC on the delievery time. I appreciate all the patience. If anyone needs to cancel or wanted to purchase a different set of headers, please let me know.

It is absolutely ridiculous that a company like MAC can't fulfill this order. Even if its not given to us, you should still see if you can get a discount and save some money... You can go along the lines of implying that your customers are giving you a bad rap due to the delay.
I agree its past the point of being ridiculous. I just cannot believe they dont have any headers ready. Somebody on the MAC end dropped the ball really bad on this one. Maybe you should tell them if the headers arent sitting at Jet-Hot by the end of the week, you are canceling all the orders. Might light a fire under them. But then they would probably rush and do a bad job for us. Either way, not your fault Chris.

I would be more than happy to do this for everyone who has ordered. I will let you know that I have already threatened MAC to cancel all the orders, they responded by saying "ok". MAC doesn't seem to care if everyone canceled thier order. But again, I will contact them about some insentives for the customer's to keep thier orders.

Thanks for all the effort Chris. Personally if I were you, it would be hard as hell for me not to cancel all the orders especially if they responded like that. That's wrong for them to treat anyone that way. Makes me wonder now if I want to install a product from a company which deals with its customers that way.
