CSI's sell for 130. So he would have to come down dramatically to compete. 100 and that would be a good deal IMO.

Haha, what a joke. This thread has been dead for some time. I can't believe no vender want's to step in and take advantage of this.

i kcant believe it either.
sent the guy an email to see how much if any he would come down but like you said i dont think hes going to go as low as we all need. plus id much rather buy from a site vendor. hint hint vendors still have a chance to sell a good amount of pumps

Eff, I see you're in St. Charles. That'd be worth a drive for me to pick one up. Where are you going to get your pump?

Re: gp on electric water pumps?

Well, actually... I was in Hammond IN visiting the family at the time of writing that. Not sure where Mundelein is, but Hammond is nearly in the NW corner of Indiana. If it's still worth the drive, take 80/94 in to Indiana about 2 or 3 miles in, get off at Kennedy heading north. it's 3 or 4 blocks down on the left.

The pump they sold me was a CSR. Never heard of it, but it looks like a CSI.
they got one more in stock as of today.

Edit: Edited out non-vendor content. The GP forum is for BOARD VENDORS ONLY. Oh year, CSI and CVR are different brands; I have a CVR starter in my car, and a CSI waterpump, purchased both locally from a major mail order retailer (this all can be easily googled in seconds without free advertising for non-board vendors). - Joe Brodman
