Weld-In SFC's installation?

Where should I take my car(1994 Z28) to have my sfc's welded in? I don't have the tools and experience to do the job, and I would rather not have some shop catch my car on fire because they inadvertantly cut a fuel line. I'm in Daytona. Thanks for suggestions.

Anyone? Daytona has noone, at least that I've found, that can do this. I know there has to be some places somewhat close though.

I think Norris Motorsports does them for $100. Might want to give them a call. I had a buddy do my installation for me.

Your buddy charge less than a hundred bucks by any chance?

LOL...that was my first thought.

It's also looking like I'll have some shocks and springs to install so I'll probably just get this all done at once. I'm guessing Norris could handle that as well?

Norris should be able to do the spring and shock install.

About my friend doing the isntall. I really doubt it sorry. I traded some work (I'm a Project Manager with a Landscape Architecture company) for the install. He needed a design for his house as well as a good price on the plants. So we swapped. Sorry. But He will probably NOT do it for less than $100.

Page Tyler from this board. I think his name is Mr. T's Z or something like that. He is the welder that works at Norris. He will know for sure what's what.

Also try the Lethally Injected F-bodies website, he hangs out there as well.

Tyler doesn't work at Norris anymore, but I'll refer this post to Gary, who works there. You can check out the message board at www.lethallyinjected.net, too. Both of them hang out over there.

Oops, didn't know that he had left. Any ideas as to why he left? Just wondering.

I believe Norris wants $200 for an SFC install, just what I've heard though. Give Brett Downs at MASC a call at 1-877-891-5550. Either him or Carter Edwards should be able to hook you up for a decent price.
