Re: Track Wednesday night!!

:sigh:

Who wants to go to Gainesville next time? I officially hate SpinWorld.

Best run of the night was a 13.32
Best MPH of the night was 107.82
Best 60' of the night was a 2.067 (of course I missed 2nd on that one )

The best ET was achieved with a 2.149 short time and the best MPH with a 2.170.

If I could manage a 1.95 60' time, I'd be in the 12s, but who knows when/if that'll happen. I just need more mods so I can still run 12s with the same crappy launches.

That sucks Mike, it's usually hit or miss there. The MPH is up a good amount though, so it's not a wash.

Re: Track Wednesday night!!

As Mike stated, track was awful tonight. I couldn't cut anything better than a 2.0 tonight which is awful for me. My best run of the night was a 12.65 @111.8 mph. So my trap speed went up a little. The air tonight was also not as cool as I expected it to be. I'm really anxious for those 2 weeks of good florida air to get here already so I can put down some good times. Overall, I'm still happy w/the way the car is running post long tube install.

My best 60' on street tires w/stock suspension and lowering springs at OSW is a 1.855, best on Drag Radials is 1.762... the track isn't all that bad.

Re: Track Wednesday night!!

Yes, the track did seem very loose last night. Was never able to get into full throttle for a full pass, and didn't even dare try to launch off the trans-brake. On several runs, I wasn't able to even get into full throttle at all and still ended up skating down the track. Best was 10.4@137 w/a 1.65 60ft... The car has more in it, not that I'm complainin'
