Something went BOOM! Who's got a 4L60E & converter

Well I went to leave my dad's last night and put the car in drive. It didn't "clunk" into drive like it usually does, just was there. So I start rolling out and it feels like I'm driving on an oval-shaped wheel or a flat. I stop the car to check my tires and oil-smoke starts billowing out of the headlights. I carefully opened the hood making sure there wasn't a fire and there was smoke coming up from the bottom of the headers (y-pipe area). I haven't determined what oil is leaking on there, but I've but 3 & 3 together and me, Carter, and my dad are thinking torque converter or front pump. With all my $$$ tied up in the new company, this couldn't have come @ a worse time. So who's got a 4L60E that can handle ~370 rwhp? I've never seen a 4L60E survive a converter gone bad. Also I'm looking for a torque converter.

One of my buddies has one sitting around, from his '96 Impala SS... I'll talk to him, if you want it!

Well guys, after further inspection this is a case of mistaken identity...I hope that or I've got 2 major problems. I dropped the pan and there were no surprises which left me rather pissed. Then this morning I decided maybe I should check out the motor just for ****$ and giggles. Engine oil smells like combusted gasoline but there's no coolant in it. The coolant however, has blow by & oil in it. So the motor's toast and I'll be making a new post about that.
So cham, you're offering to let me borrow the SS? I can't guarantee that I'd buy it but my business partner is in the market and the least I could do is hook you up w/ cheap parts....let me know
Mike, might take you up on that. Perhaps do a little labor for you in exchange....have to talk that over w/ the partner.
