Alright, so I'm looking for some place in South Florida that know's LT1 and is willing to do work on them (remove and reinstall heads, etc.). I had my general mechanic replace my spark plugs and wires. He told me all the old spark plugs were burnt throught (causing gapping and misfires) and that there was something wrong with my engine. He said there was a couple of cylinders that weren't running right. He said it was the internals, maybe heads. So, I want to find someone who can look at it for me and tell me what needs to be done. I went to Murray's Speed and Custom a while back to ask about where I could get my heads ported and such and he gave me the name of some performance shop in the NW. But I don't know if that would be the best place to take a busted car. Should I take it up there and have them look at it for me? Or is there someone else around here that knows LT1's? Thanks.
