whats everyone doing this weekend?....i shall be working with my horse but not till later

I am down in naples in a hotel, and when I am not working I have no clue whats going on.

 

what do u do for work???.....i dont work fri-sunday...i lvoe it ....

 

I got the weekends off too its nice.

 

I am a manager at a movie theatre... and I am down in naples helping out another theatre. Working long hours but going to be getting some overtime, mileage, money for food, and put up in a hotel.

Its not all bad, slight change of pace.

Unless you get into management, its definetely an entry level type of job, hence the fairly high turn over rate (at least when I worked for Eric here...)

 

You have a horse? Where do you keep it?

 

No management sucks as well too. Not only are you responsibly for your own **** ups, you are responsible for your co-working manager **** ups, and all the dumbass employees that works for you **** ups.


LOL, I think I got rougly 12-15 employees fired since I took over the usher department the 3 few months. And I am not even that strict.

speaking of regal sucking, ****ing ushers in Naples get STARTED at $9.25 an hour, there are supervisors making like $10 an hours. Jesus thats more then all the hourly managers at waterford(well except me ) make. But I guess the cost of living here is rediculous, they were saying cart pushers make like $12 an hour at costco.

 

yes i have a OTTB ...translates to Off the track thoroughbred he is cool...just turned four a week ago today......i keep him here in sarasota at a stable......i wanna move to ocala so i am looking for a job working with horses.....i have had enough of car detailing

 

EKKKK! Ocala.... Well yea I guess that would make sense if you want to work with horses. But hell I would pick kissimmiee over ocala, atleast your near orlando then.. But even Orlando is boring IMO and I live here.

 

I lived with horses growing up, it's definitely a good idea to keep them at a stable. When they live 50 ft from your house you end up being a slave to their poop. Seriously. My life from about 12 until 18 was completely dominated by cleaning stalls. I didn't even ride(well, a couple of times but that really doesn't count) so it wasn't like it was worth it to me. That was just one of my chores growing up.

I love horses and think they are awesome animals, but I will never clean up after them again. The amount of poop those animals create is just disturbing.



Anyway! I would agree that Kissimmee would be a better place to look than Ocala, just becuse if you move to Ocala you're going to be even more bored than you already are. Trust me, I know a couple of people that grew up there and there is nothing to do. At least in Kissimmee it's just a short drive to Orlando. Not that Orlando is all that great but at least there is stuff to do. Just something to consider. Plus, most of the people in the FL board are in/near Orlando.

 

yeah i didnt think ocala would exciting.....i just want to be working with horses.....i am old..so time to get on with what i love granted i love cars but detailing is boring now although i am good at it lol......so kissimmee huh?? ....oh and here is my horse power right now


the trans am might be back soon intake ....manifold and oil are all thats left man i think thats a reason for being bored ...no car ...it sure doesnt help...i hope everyones monday went ok ......sold my dads old lincoln for him today

 

aww look at the cute lil horsey! My neighbor has a bunch of horses...she teaches lessons, takes care of other ppl's horses and I think is running the UCF equestrian (sp?) team now...

 

yeah i would love to do what she is doing ...not to many horse stables here in florida ...thank goodness another weekend is here ....
