SLP shorties

I am not sure..but probably much better lol..I am just not an SLP fan really, but they are a good headder..next best thing to a longtube but with your upcoming combo..you really should use a 1 3/4 longtube..unless your car is lowered alot. Let me know man, they are sittin in my garage now.

Hah.... I know that I need LT's with my "upcoming" project, lol.

But they would be better than stock manifolds!!! lol.... I just wonder how much better they are, because I can get these SLP Shorties for $150, I wonder if they are worth the extra money.... I should just break down and give Scott (anisazi) the money for his Hooker LT's and Y-Pipe, lol. But I really don't want to spend that much, hah.

Hrm... anybody know how much better mid lengths are than shorties?

Carter,

I'll take them if he doesn't. I have cash in hand.

Edit:

Oh yeah, and some pics would be great too.

long tubes + car lowered (slammed actually) = lots of scraping
This is what I've read on other posts. I have the mac mid's and they're a great compromise. They don't hang lower than the stock crap, plus they're better than shorties. You're gonna need some type of header with that up-coming setup of yours.
