Looking for townhomes... relatively close to UCF...

yep you heard it.

My girlfirned may be going to UCF for a bit longer, maybe 3-4 years... and I am not exactly flying along in school.

Well her dad said for us to look into townhouses in teh $130k region... As new as possible. He might purchase one and have us pay him rent, most likely pretty cheap.(not bad since as long I have lived in Orlando I have blown ~$21,500 in rent alone)

Mainly looking at 2 bedroom, and room for 2 cars...

We already saw some down in Avalon Park, that place is cool, and I went to the place across the street from the movie theatres, that place is awesome excpet parking, they have 1 car garage, and 1 car driveway, and no other parking, you can't even really park on the street.

Any places or even a way to find some places other then driving aorund and stumbling on them...

thanks in advance.

The apartment guide is pretty much for apartments and apartment homes... and homes for rent... not really purchasing a townhouse.

I already check it out, we have them on a rack at my work

Yeah I know there are homes for that price but he is looking brand new like within the last few years.

And after we ever leave he does not want to have to deal with a yard.

On science drive are you talking about eh place directly across th street from the village at Science drive? I think that place is rented out only. I had some friends that lived there. I used to live at village at science drive, back when it was College suites@science drive. But that company moved out because they realized that they sucked.

have you tried looking for houses in waterford lakes? i'm not sure how much they go for b/c i'm renting my house, but its really nice in here. there's a lot of nice families and not too many college guys like myself. all of our neighbors love us and we even get holiday treats from some of them. its close to your work and ucf, but far enough out to not have all the crazy college people around. theres also community pool, volleyball, baseball, basketball, and tennis there too. if you want to go to a hot tub you can just go out to britany @ waterford apt complex across from winn dixie. just an idea you can look into.
