Leaving

I will say once this bottle of Zano is up I am done with it. I have a red car and though Zano is better than what I used to use it is not the shine I am looking for.

I will give Zano props for durability and easy on and off, but the shine is very plastic like. After much research I have chosen to either use Poor Boys or Black fire. I am leaning more towards Black fire right now.

Just wanted to let others know there is more than Zano out there to try.

SOrry but all I have to say is...

http://www.cardomain.com/id/mustangeater82

I did alot of research on Zaino... One of the main reasons I wanted it is the protection factor. I want to keep this car as stock and as perfect as possible. I want highest resale... I am above and beyond happy with Zaino... But after my experience with the coats of Zaino on my wheels and how easily stuff came off washing it... I don't think I will ever have to buy wheel cleaner again. I have found test from non-Gm cars as well... A guy with a spare NSX, hood, sectioned off 7 areas on his hood, and used all the big expensive polishes, like Zaino, Zymol Car care kit, and many others I forgot the different brands. He took high quality pics of it and had people vote for it online. And he did his own touch test of which felt the smoothest. Zaino felt the smoothest every time... And only lost to the Zymol fulll car care kit(not regular zymol, its a zymol that costs about the same as Zaino) in shine after like 5 coats but it was barely noticeable. But Zaino still felt smoother.

All I can say is if my girlfriend's dad buys us a townhouse like we are planning with a 2 car garage... watch out... I am going to be putting coats on every weekend. Instead of driving to south florida once a month and doing it there.

I have had my car filthy covered with pollen, hosed it off... driven to class to air dry it, and have the car look near perfect, like I washed and waxed it with regular Zymol(which I highly reccomend, if you want a nice traditional wax, consumer reports rated it very very very highly, thats how I found it) Only flaws will be some waterspots on the bumper but you know how it is on Camaros, thats a build up spot becasue of the wing.

also if you guys are wondering, I have a nice Zymol pic on the 2nd page of the link in my sig... Its the one of the quaser blue 4th gen, with hubcaps

I am switching for a few reasons. I think the zano shine is to plastic like for my taste. After doing a lot of looking around on the net I found out many others have left zano for the same reason. I do apply zano after each wash each week, but the shine, it just doesn’t do it for me.

Durability of zano is great, but I do not need durability as much because it is garage kept and I do try and polish it each week. If I was parked outside I might have stayed for the protection, but I am in shade and garages most of the time so I want better.

For touch and feel, I am just not impressed compared to other products. And looking around on the net and trying other products others who have left zano agree on this one too.

Like I said if I did not have a garage I would still use zano. If I was looking for durability I would still use zano, even the price I feel is fair. But I want a deep wet shine and a feel Zano can’t produce. It is better than store bought, but I feel there is so much more and better out there that will protect and shine and do this and that so much better.
