Ok, so here's the story.... Just got out of college in Illinois (I'm 23) and got a job down in the Ft. Lauderdale area.. I lived here over the summer so I know the area pretty well, but now that I'm back permently, I'm looking for some stuff to do.. I usually go out with some people from work, but since I see them all week at work, I could definalty stand to meet other people, so....

What types of things do you guys on this bored do? I'm all about going out and having a few beers or going somewhere to BS / look about cars (I'm buying a C5 soon, summer maybe? ) So if you guys ever get together and party, let me know, I'm down!

 

There always a car show somewhere in FL and there are definitely a lot of enthusiasts here as well.

There's also a lot of good clubs around your area as well and the beach is good over there too.

There's a Super Chevy Show at Bradenton Motorsports Park this weekend, I might go if I find time.

 

A car club called "FUEL ****" hangs out on Orange ave. and Colonial (HWY 50) you can check them out..not sure if you would like it, but its worth a shot

Check out Tower Shops... Every friday night Its in the plaza on Univeristy and SR 84...

btw my dad jsut picked up a '01 c5 around newyears...

its black on black, 6-speed targa top chrome y2ks.... had 31k, he got it for $29,XXX
