help...please
help...please
i am in need of some help from some fellow fbody guys. i supposedly bought some rims and tires from a guy on fbody.com and i sent the money order he cashed it and then didn't send me the rims and tires and now he won't return emails. i was just wondering if any of you guys were from daytona beach and could check aan address for me. he had me send the money order to his work. he didn't tell me the name of his work but he gave me the address. here it is:
2665 N Atlantic Ave. #244
Daytona Beach, Florida
32118
i was wondering if anyone was around that area if they could check out the place and get a company name and phone number. i am going to try to get in touch with the business and try to get in touch with him. any help would be appreciated. thanks guys

Re: help...please
Always get a phone number and home address, if the seller is unwilling to do these, then he may have something to hide. Not sure what fbody.com is, but report him as a bad seller if possible on that site.
Re: help...please
thats in the Daytona Beach Business Center. i would call up their directory and see what company is occupying #244. research the company a bit, see what they offer, then call up the company as an interested consumer and that "insert sellers name here" was your reference to them...just to confirm he actually does work there. and i would leave it at that until you can get in touch with authorities. you sent it US mail i presume, and across state lines, so it is federal fraud. i would save all messages sent between you and him aswell. preferably the emails, he could have very well sent one from his home, and his IP will be in the header of it, would just have to get in contact with his ISP at that point for his home information.
Re: help...please
I checked it out. It's a UPS Store. I'm guessing that #244 is a p.o. box type of thing within the UPS Store.
Let me know any other info you have, and I'll see what I can do.
Edit-I just called the UPS Store and they do personal mailboxes. They rent them either 6mo or 1yr at a time. That's what the guy had you mail to.
