Wow, a blazer would be an absolute breeze to install headers on!

Yeah I've got an 89 Blazer too. The only problem I can think of that's a PITA is the steering linkage is in a crappy place.

With something that old, there's a risk of breaking bolts off due to heavy corrosion. I'm always really careful and soak them down, just understand that if it happens....depending on the severity, the price may go up. Also, my price will assume that they are "bolt-on." When you go w/ cheaper companies (i.e. pacesetter) sometimes things don't all fit together well and things need some refab. All-in-all it'll prolly still cost you less than having someone else do it.

The only other company I've heard of making headers for the 4.3 is JBA, and they are damn pricey no doubt. There could be others though.
