Good tuner and engine shop in Miami?

Good tuner and engine shop in Miami?
Basically I want two things. I want someone to tell me how much hp my car is putting out, tell me how it's running (lean, rich, etc.) and tune it to run at it's optimal performance.
Then I also need someone to port and polish the heads and install an LT4 Hotcam kit.
If any one knows of any shops here in South Florida that do this type of work and do it for a reasonable price, let me know. Thanks.
