i just wanted to set some plans for the 29th. what time does everyone want to meet at waterford lakes shopping center? which parking lot does everyone want to meet up at? target, best buy? i think the srq crew is leaving around 7, meeting up w/ tampa people at like 8 then heading over. i'm not sure what other groups are coming but we should all meet up together. also lets get a head count so we know when everyone has arrived.

From my initial understanding we were meeting at 7:00 and then heading to Tampa, now I have seen on BADRAP that some of the Tampa people want to meet up there at 7:00. That's getting a bit early for me so I am guessing that the 7:00 time in Bradenton is still on. What does everyone else think or know on this?

Was that Orlando people maybe should meet up at waterford, unless you are coiming from I-95, its pretty much on the way there maybe a 5 min. side trip, and we could cruise in.

ok well since no one else is giving ideas, i'll throw some out there. lets meet at 9:15 in front of best buy. that will give the bradenton/srq/tampa crew time to get here and we can roll out at 9:30. any better ideas or suggestions let us know.

 

just remember there is something like 1,300 registered people going to this thing... not including people who are going without GM products, people tagging along, etc etc.

might be a better idea to leave a little earlier

 

I am thinking the same thing. Might be beneficial to meet and leave a bit earlier. Maybe bump it all up about a half hour or 45 minutes. Either way I will meet all of you up there. May want to post this on CFFB forum too.

Sorry for the question..but I think i may be going now...how big is this thing. Its at the track, so is it just pretty much alot of GM cars racing..are there like SLP booths and stuff set up or what/

8:30am just to the side of best buy is a good idea. there is that huge open lot next to best buy and the parking lot in front is always empty, thats probably a good place since its very visible.
