Cool a 2k firebird!

for $20 I'll do some minor tuning crap on his car. (remove torque management, recall speedo, cooling fan temps, delete codes(if he ditches his CAT, etc...))

I'll check with him and see if he wants to do that. All he has is LCA's and a Lid, than some aftermarket exhaust (not sure which).

Not sure if tuning would even help him, not really that many mods. But I will check when he gets back to work later today.

Hey Jason,

I'll try to make it out there. I sold the Camaro and bought a 06 Vette. I wouldn't mind trying it out at the track.

Hey Russ, NOT A PROBLEM. I wouldn't mind checking that thing out in person anyways. I have seen the pics, and your car looks great. I'll put ya on the list.

Have you modded it yet?

JEFF!!!!!!!! YOU GOT THE VETTE ALREADY?????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Damn, cool beans, will add you to the list. Is your wife going? Cause several of the people going are bringing there wives as well.

Russ, looks like you haven't been that busy. I was half expecting your c6 to have OVER 500 rwhp by now. Come on. (Totally sarcastic). I can't wait to see it in person, really good job snatching that one up!

Hmmm, maybe I should bring my Audi out, what do you think Jason? It'll definitely be the slowest car there, but it should be interesting to see what it does. I have been wanting to get out to the track anyway, I miss going out there.

Re: Bithlo Dragstrip February 3rd, 2006

Naw, I think the 2003 Nissan Sentra will be the slowest, it isn't the SE/r version, just a Manual 4 cylinder, and he has never raced before.

I SAY DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Plus, I have a set of Stock Lower Control Arms for ya from when you were doing the LCA's for everyone if you want them. I'll have to check but I think they are ones that you already worked on. (Welded the piece to the top). The kid bought BMR LCA's about 6 months ago, and gave them back to me.

You want them? Or no need anymore.

Sure, it's always good to have an extra pair. Plus, if some things work in my favor(and God intervines) I might get a LS1 sometime soon. I'm not holding my breath, but if I can convince my fiance of a few things I might give her the A4 and get a LS1 for myself. We'll see. I'd still love to take the A4 out and see what it can do though. It's not fast, but it does get up and move pretty good. And I know I won't have any traction problems!

Re: Bithlo Dragstrip February 3rd, 2006

I don't have the video anymore, bud Reddevil98 raced an Audi A4 about a year ago which was completely stock, and that care ran 13.9 or something crazy like that. At least, I think it was an Audi A4. It was a 2003 I think.

I'll bring the LCA's for ya then.
