Anyone know where there are some good apartments in the UCF area? I just transfered to UCF from FAU and living with the parents right now so I can save a few $, but I won't be able to stand it for much longer! There is always that last resort option of living in the frat house, but I think staying at home would be a much wiser choice than that!

 

Don't live at University House apartments...they suck ***, are ghetto-ish, and a week or 2 ago, 2 kids got shot in my complex (theres another down the street too).

 

Tey are all kind of ghetto... I lived in northgate its probably the nicer of all the places, and the one that has the best access to campus and is the cheapest(or at least was)

but they were the smaller of the college places around, but not too bad.

 

Yea I decided that to def. cross that off the list of places to live, was visiting a friend the night that happened!

northgate wasn't too bad, if i had to pick UCF apartments to live in it'd prolly be northgate again.

 

Same here I lived in one other college place, and 2 other(stayed weeks on end at my girlfriends place at others.

and I liked northgate.
