for a shop to do it, its much much much cheaper to buy a z28 and sell the v6

its only really cost affective, if it ever is, when you do it yourself.

 

I might agree with Anasazi... on a shop install...

People have done the lt1 swap for less then $1400 before. People have spent more then that for a 71% increase in hp. YOu jsut have to look into it yourself and see if its cost effective or not.

 

I don't have the tools or knowledge to do it myself, i'd much rather just buy a z28 but i can't cause my insurance would skyrocket.
