i have 2 spare rooms, so renter gets choice of room, the other will stay empty.
renter gets private bathroom.

queen bed also included if wanted.
$450/month.
heres the catch, MUST BE FEMALE!
my gf lives with me, and neither of us want a guy in the house.

luckily its about 5 minutes from port charlotte's town center which has all the typical stuff, mall, home depot, walmart, restaraunts, etc.
the area is just starting to blow up housing-wise......you cant drive down a street without seeing 10 new houses being built....so within the next 5 years or so it will be packed.
what are you being transferred for?

The chemical industry. We're erecting a branch down there, you've probably heard of the company before, we're Fortune 300. If I do infact move there, I'll let you know.
