$100 come pickup my old LT1 shortblock!
I need to get this thing out of my garage, taking up space!
~100k on it. Was still running fine when I pulled it, but rings were starting to get blowby, which is expected for the mileage. I used mobil1 every 3-4k and have been driving it since 63k.
AFAIK, crank rods and pistons are all fine. Just clean the piston tops and slap in a ring rebuild kit and its ready to go for another 100k.
Pan and oil pump still assembled. Includes stock lifters and their retainer system (the eight armed spider thing in the lifter valley and the actual retainers. I had to buy that for my new engine and it was $90)
$100 and you come pick it up!
bare blocks cost $200-300 !!!
