torque converter question

torque converter question

i bought a converter off of here from a 96 lt1 vette
i have a 94 z28

it wont fit?
should it?
i was told it would?

it should fit with no problems what is the problem that it wont fit? you do know you have to spin the converter to get it on all the way should slide 3 times as in turn and push it will move about an inch back and keep turning untill it will not go back anymore .. any diffrence in the shape or look the splines should be the same but count to make sure.

it is a yank 2800,
i dont know what i am doing, but a friend is doing the work and he said it won't fit so....


i'll try again probably tonight myself,
