I heard that these are pretty easy to put in. I want to do them tomorrow before I bring my car to get the sfc welded in. Anyone wanna tell me exactly how to do it, or know of an install page, I looked but couldnt find a link that worked. Thank alot I wanna get these in before going to the track on saturday!!!

Pretty easy. Just make sure you do one side at a time, so you won't have a hell of a time trying to realign the rear.

Roll the rear on ramps (or jacks under the axle tubes). You need the weight of the car on the rear suspension. Two 18mm bolt/nut combos, and they should pop right out. Install new ones, and be sure to use plenty of grease on the fittings. Poly bushings will squeak., alot.

Best of luck.

you have to jack it up on the rearend and leave the jack under it also put some jack stands under the rear rails incase the jack gives out but pretty easy to do...
