Re: Running wire through the firewall

IIRC There's a Grommet on the passenger side that dumps right into the passenger compartment under the glove box.

Shoebox has a photo/writeup using the grommet behind the PCM:

Firewall Wire Feed

I've also used a hole that I drilled in the firewall behind/below the brake booster. The hole can be drilled from the passenger compartment side of the firewall. I can send you a photo showing the location.

Re: Running wire through the firewall

I uploaded it to my website - link below. Look for the black grommet with a wire loom and a separate red wire going thru it. If you pull the driver's side carpet out from under the rubber flap that keeps it at the firewall, you can drill through. Just reference the location of the hole off the centerline of the brake booster, which will allow you to measure down and over from the rod that goes through the firewall from the brake pedal to the booster. I don't remember much more than that.... I drilled that hole about 16 year ago when I installed my first nitrous system.

Based on your questions, I will certainly agree with that.
