What bolts do we use?

I know this appears a silly question, but what bolts to we use? Metric mostly I know but are ALL the bolts metric?

Specifically what bolt size is used for the TOP two bolts on the accessory bracket. I just changed the heads to AFR and I cannot get the top bolts in. I noticed the bolts I have are imperial yet the lower two bolts are metric.

Anyone able to help?

Yup, the engine is a mix. I know some of the bolts will swap onto the first small block Chevy ever made.
