Some low life knocked my lock into the door trying to break in. Used a hammer and a screwdriver. Pushed the lock inside the door. Anybody know the best way to repair? I understand how the clip holds the lock in, but now the area (bore) hole, what ever is busted around the lock.

It will be in need of some fiberglass (or similar) repair.

 

Kinda thought that would be the case. I guess I was hoping someone made a repair kit, like maybe some kind of washer, made of rubber to fit around the lock to make it bigger than the hole. I might try some JB weld stuff and then re-drill the hole. I hate working with fiberglass. Thanks shoe.....
