My MAF is throwing a code, Low Voltage.

My yellow signal wire is sending 4.98V+, what do the other wires do?? I have a feeling they are shorting, but i can't find the pin assignments. The others are red and blk/wht. Its for a '99.

I would imagine the wiring is the same as earlier years. The red would be 12v and the blk/wht should be ground. The 5v signal is from the pcm.
