Your best bet would be to order something online. I'd suggest stranoparts.com. Your typical auto parts store is not going to have something appropriate for your car. They'll have something that will fit, but Strano will sell you something designed for your car.

Remember -- you get what you pay for. Strano's more expensive stuff will be worth it in the long run!

A 4th gen does not have struts, but you can sure replace the shocks.

Re: Replacement Shocks and Struts???'s

I got a deal on Monroe front and back shocks for my 2001 Z28, will these make my Z28 ride smoother, all four shocks for $50 has less than 5K miles on them and about how much will it cost for someone to install both front and back shocks on my Z28?THANKS

You can install the shocks yourself. The rears should take less than a 1/2-hour. For the fronts all you need is a spring compressor. If you don't want to seperate the front springs/shocks, take the assembly to a shop and have them do it. I have an online writeup - just ignore the specifs of the QA1 shocks, spring seats, etc. That won't apply to your Monroes. Just make sure you read the part in my writeup about marking the orientation of the top seat to the bottom of the shock, so they can reassemble everything in the correct position.
