Replaced my injectors, now it takes longer to crank

I replaced my factory injectors with rebuilt FORD SVO injectors 26lb and now it has to turn over several times to crank. Not sure if the O rings are bad or if not using the clips caused the problem but something is wrong. I'm going to quit being lazy and install the clips and possibly replace the O rings but it's weird as sometimes it cranks on the dime sometimes it doesn't but definitely better when it's warm.

Don't get me wrong, when it DOES crank the car runs great. Maybe that's an indication when vacuum is created it seals but I'm not sure

It also misfires slightly until it warms up....

Are you sure you got the injectors harness clips on the correct injectors?

Yeah they line up with one another so it would be hard to mess that up but since you mention it I will double check for the hell of it. Weird cause it started right after I replaced the injectors. Maybe I should pull them and have them tested ?

Not sure what you mean by "line up with one another". There are cylinder numbers on the harness wires.

hmmm guess so. Yeah I'll check that then try pulling the injectors to make sure I didn't pinch an O ring.
