Question $200 Ebay Eibach Lowering Springs?

Are these any good? They sell the kits for like $220. I want to get some C6 rims and lower my ride a bit. I figured I would see what was available on ebay vs. the $600+ kits they sell in the stores. What exactly would I need to replace on my ride to lower it about 1"? Maybe lower the front a bit more than the rear. On ebay they sell Eibach Sportline and Prokit kits for like $200. Is that a legit price or could these be a ripoff? Also, what years springs could I use. Like Camaro, Firebird and Trans Am springs from '93 -'02? Thanks.

Guess I need some shocks too, though I don't think my ride has factory shocks. Previous owner had dropped it but then replaced with factory shocks because it was scrapping on bumps.

If that one doesn't pan out for you, try Strano or BMR, they're pretty good too.

Take a look at Vogtland lowering springs, their a better quality then the Eibachs, and you can get them for under $200.

I'll most likely be getting C5 Deep Dish rims, Toyo tires, Koni shocks, and Stano springs within the next month. I decided it wasn't that much of a difference between the Strano and Vogtland, so I'd rather have the Stranos even if they are basically the same. I'll post up some pics when I throw everything on. Thanks for the tips guys.

The difference is spring rate, the Strano's are a linear rate 550 F, 150 R .. The Vogtland are a progressive rate, 440-542 F, 183-228 R ..

BTW Vogtland makes Strano's springs to his specs..
