ASM monoblade idle screw and sticking?

ASM monoblade idle screw and sticking?

Should I have to use the idle screw on my setup? I'm experiencing some sticking when the motor gets heat soaked and I'm trying to figure this out so I don't have to send it back to AS&M. To get my idle down to 675-700 warm in gear and my IAC counts acceptable, I had to close the blade so far that the idle stop screw wasn't restricting the blades from closing. I've adjusted the TPS to about a .62 at 0% throttle and adjusted the throttle linkage so its not restricting the blade from closing.

I don't think I have a vacuum leak, but if I did, wouldn't that cause this problem? Where are some good places to look for a leak?
