model: 121-K6 with 6 chisels
It does have a small break in the plastic collar, but when I bought a second one then the company wouldn't refund my money, it also had the cut out, so it must be normal. It is in the pictures. This one has never been used and comes with 6 of the most poular chisels. I still use and have the second one and is nice tool to have for around the shop or at home.
