Anyone else had problems with theirs? mine is squeaking like crazy! i spray it all the time and it stays gone for a day or 2 but always comes back. Any other place to get one of these?

I had a problem with mine (it wasn't a summit) after about a year. I pulled it off and pulled the number off the bearing in the pulley and found it was a common (inexpensive) bearing. I replaced it with a sealed, double metal shielded, one and haven't had any more problems. Sorry, I don't remember the part number of the bearing. Your bearing should have a part number on it. I think I paid like $6.00 for the new one and it was easy to press in. LF

Is this something you just put on recently? If so maybe it's slightly misaligned.

We sell them at Autozone...believe it or not. I think its called an A/C bypass pully. Mine has been on the car for a WHILE and it still works fine, no squeaks, etc. The only problem is that you have to drill out the threads in the pully (why there are threaded holes rather than non I will never know). I think that Dorman makes the pully...
