how do the old BFG Comp TA's compare with the latest issue from BFG?

how do the old BFG Comp TA's compare with the latest issue from BFG?
I have three 245/50/16 Z rated Comp Ta from the day I bought the 1995Z28 and they have 66% of their tread left and I hate to discard them...no dry rot or blemishes but I need a fourth tire and do not know what would work best with the origionals.Maybe someone has an extra BFG TA they can sell me or suggest a new BFG
