Rocker Stud Size

What size is the rocker arm stud in a stock LT1 head?

3/8" rockers are what are used with stock studs. I've never pulled one to check but a number of people have said the head part is actually 7/16".

Yes, the threading in the head casting is 7/16", while the stock stud width is only 3/8". ARP makes 7/16" studs if you want to step up a size, but you'll need rockers to match.

Any search would have got you an answer quickly.

This isn't Advanced Tech in any way. :-/ (please post in the right forum)
