Cold air intake, headers, catback, Tq converter, gears and tune. That should get you close depending on what your baseline is. After that you need to chose between spray or a cam. You can also reduce weight, but it takes about 100lbs to equal a tenth. get some timeslips and let us know where you stand in stock form.

Overall the best gears for you would be 3.73's. If you was going strip only, then im sure a much lower gear would be better.

you can also go with bolt ons such as a throttle body, under drive pullies lil things like that. I'd recomend a 3200-3600 Circle D converter.

drag radials, full exhaust, and a stall. If that doesn't get you there a cam will.

Stall, drs, LT headers, cat back, CAI, Electric water pump, 1.6NSA roller rockers and a mail order tune should put you into the 12s; if the motor is running good.

In my opinion, the best way would be in this order
3.73 gears 3000+ stall, drag radials, cold air, long tubes+ exhaust, torque arm+lower control arms, sub-frame connectors, remove front sway bar, remove all the crap
dont forget the tune

Ive run 12.80 at 108 with a less than 60 hp shot of nitrous
on street tires.
I'm thinking when I get my new trans and stall Ill be in the 12s with drag radials

With just a K&N CAI, I ran a 14.1. That was my first time in my 80,000 mile Z28. I know it would run 13.9 if I had a better reaction time.
