polylock problem

anyone ever have your polylocks hit your rocker body? for some reason my polylocks are hitting my rockers, the head of the poly is scraping at what looks like the highest point in lift. the rockers are scraped shiny but not gouged. any ideas whats going on?

Can you post a picture?

Without any details given we can't say much but I do know the GMPP rockers are limited to about .550" and that a LOT of cams result in more than that lift.

Too much lift or the wrong length pushrods are possibilities.

ahhh. yes i do have the gmpp rockers that came in my hot cam kit, and now have gone to cc xfi 280(07-467-8) with lift around .576(summit says with stock rocker arm ratio, jegs says with 1.6 rockers) so it could well be past the .575 lift that the gmpp's are only good for. i bought a set of promags off a member over a week ago hoping to solve this but he's not communicating with me so i guess i should just buy new
